Are you getting enough REST & RECOVERY? If not you are definitely contributing to decreased performance! I see many riders get impatient during boot camp and try to skip a rest day or want to double up day after day with multiple workouts…not good!

During exercise your body responds to the increased demands of the workout-however it is during RECOVERY that it actually adapts-so you can improve performance. What a great tip with the upcoming holiday weekend, right?
