1/2 cup oatmeal
Mix ingredients in a blender and cook over medium heat on the stovetop just like a normal pancake.
They come out SO yummy I bet you won’t even need syrup!
Just double ingredients to have a healthy breakfast or snack to grab the next day.
The variations on this recipe are ENDLESS…choose or combine any of the following or create your own
1 TB peanut butter
a dash of cinnamon
1 TB almond butter
1/2 cup milk (for a creamier taste)
1 TB shaved dark chocolate
1 scoop Chocolate PB2
1-2 egg whites for added protein
