It’s a rainy day in ARIZONA (how crazy is that?) and that means no riding or any outdoor activity for me.



SO I did a doubles workout to make sure I got in a good calorie burn. I did Yoga and that did not fee like enough so I challenged myself to an oldie but a goodie with one of my Bodyweight Core workouts. How would you like a copy of the killer core workout that just kicked my booty?
